Tibet History
The Tibetan history is begun with the presence of Lord Buddha around 1063 BC, with the newly advent of Bon religion in Tibet. According to Bonpo sources there were eighteen Shangshung kings who ruled Tibet before King Nyatri Tsenpo. Tibet was not set as its name before its unification. With the unification of Tibet by Songtsan Gampo in the 17th century it came into the presence officially as a Tibet. The government of the Dalai Lama a line of Tibetan spiritual leaders nominally ruled a large portion of the Tibetan region at various times from the 1640s until its incorporation into the PRC in the 1950s. During this period, the Tibetan administration was subordinate to the Chinese empire of the Quing dynasty. As a measure of the power that regents must have wielded, it is important to note that only three of the fourteen Dalai Lamas have actually ruled Tibet;from 1751. In the history of Tibet, it has been an independent country divided into different kingdoms, and bacome a part of China for a certain periods of time. Today it is part of the people’s Republic of China, and it has became a matter of much debate and disagree, due to various entites and factors regarding for equal right and authority for Tibetan people.
People
A sacred land, the Tibet is the dwelling place of Tibetans. Others nationalities also live in Tibet producing barely, wheat, peas and rapeseed, etc. Most of the Tibetans keep their hair long, later on due to the Chinese influence; some men do crop their hair short. Tibetan men and women wear thick long dresses. The men wear a shorter version with pants underneath. Wearing the clothes varies between regions. Most of the Tibetan are Buddhist and worship and circumambulate around temples, shrines and other holy places based on their beliefs and knowledge. They have created brilliant arts and crafts like Thanka, murals, sculptures, Tibetan knives, Tibetan carpets, costumes, their own opera, calendar, medicine, etc. Yak butter tea and unique Tibetan dress are their specialty.

Tibetan has the unique culture and traditions. The wisdom, the knowledge about life, compassion, tolerance and peace of mind, all contribute in making the culture of Tibet. The simplicity of life, the spirituality of minds and rich customs and traditions give a strong hold to this alpine region, which is entirely bedecked with its holy charisma. Comes and experience this magical world of culture. Culture of Tibet which is completely dedicated to Buddhism is arguable the most particular and convoluted of all that have evolved with time and made their presence felt.
Climate
Climate is the important considerable things to know while traveling to Tibet. According to altitude variations the weather temperature and conditions varies. Tibet has a cold and dry plateau climate in most areas, with the exception of some regions in the south and east like in the same time in winter you can find absolute different weather climate. The east part of Tibet is quite warm during day whereas west Tibet is extremely cold. The best time of year to be in Tibet is from April to the beginning of November, after which temperatures star to Plummet. The central Tibet, including Lhasa, Gyantse, Shigatse and Tsedang, generally have mild weather from April to November, though July and August can be rainy - these two months usually see around half of Tibet's annual rainfall.
Geography
Amazing land Tibet consists serious of mountains, pristine lakes, and rivers lying between central, east and south Asia. In the mean Tibet is often called the roof of the world comprising tablelands averaging over 5000m above the sea level to peaks at 6000m to 7,500m, including Mt Everest. Encircle by chain to the north and east and west to Kashmir region of India and south by Nepal, Bangladesh and Bhutan.
Religion
The sacred land Tibet almost all the people believe in Tibetan Buddhism. However, there are other religions such as Bon, Islam and Catholicism have coexisted harmoniously. Bon was the indigenous religion of Tibet that, when partly absorbed by the Buddhist traditions introduced from India in the 8th century, gave Tibetan Buddhism much of its distinctive character. With the rapid advent of tourism in Tibet it was flourishing outside the world as the suitable destinations for studying the bon religion and traditions. A fundamental belief of the followers of Bon was that in their heaven, to which they referred as 'Sridpa Yesang', there were three deities who controlled the world were Dagpa, salba and shepa one of whom controlled the past, another the present and the third controlled the future.
